Just returned back home following a trip to New York City, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out for a bit of shopping and a bite to eat in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (December 7).

Spending time apart from her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson, the “Mean Girls” starlet grabbed up some Chinese food at the Grove with a gal pal, also making a trip to Satine on 3rd Street for a little retail therapy.

In related news, Miss Lohan hopped onto her MySpace account in the wee hours of the morning for a short rant followed by offering up a shout-out to fellow starlet Britney Spears.

Lindsay Lohan wants only a select few to be privy to her next taped appearance.

The 22-year-old starlet has agreed to allow her upcoming deposition for Samantha Ronson's ongoing lawsuit against her former attorney to be videotaped—so long as everyone agrees to a few conditions.

Lohan's lawyer asks that the video be used only in the current suit and never for future litigation, minus a judge's order; that only the parties to the suit, their attorneys and expert witnesses can view the tape; that no one be present for the deposition other than the plaintiff and defendant, the lawyers, a cameraperson and a court reporter; that Lohan's lawyers keep the original copy and others are only available to the other side's attorneys; that no more than four transcripts are produced; and, that when the case is over, all copies be returned to Lohan's camp and all transcripts destroyed.

Well, since that's all she wants...

If everyone agrees, Lohan's original motion to stop her deposition from being taped will be thrown out at a Nov. 6 hearing. Ronson had been asking for similar treatment.

Venturing out on what was a chilly October afternoon, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson made their way around to New York City on Wednesday (October 29).

The “Mean Girls” starlet and her DJ girlfriend hopped on the subway as they made their way out to lunch. From there, it was time for shopping, during which time the two young lovers shared an intimate hug as they browsed the store’s racks.

Meanwhile, recent reports tell that, despite being involved in a romance with Samantha, LiLo hasn’t completely ruled out the chance of ending up with a man in her life in the end.

Lohan’s friend and celebrity insider Jo Piazzatells, “Linds has been adamant about the fact that she’s not a lesbian and still loves men. In fact, Linds says Sam is the only girl she would go for.”

Another source adds, “She (Lohan) has been telling everyone over and over that she’s still into guys. She keeps saying that if anything went wrong with Sam she would date a guy next.”

Lindsay Lohan spent an evening flirting with 'Gossip Girl' actor Chace Crawford and has since sent him several steamy text messages.

The 'Mean Girls' actress - who is dating DJ Samantha Ronson - met the handsome star at a recent party and allegedly spent the night "throwing herself at him".

A source said: "Lindsay took a real shine to Chace and was pretty much throwing herself at him all night. She was standing in such a way that some part of her body was always touching him - at one point hip to hip.
