She’s got a sure-to-be hit movie “He’s Just Not That Into You” opening up in theaters today, and Jennifer Aniston just keeps on lining up new projects.

The former “Friends” star, who appeared on the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last night, has announced that she’ll be starring in a new movie called “The Baster”.


Co-starring Jason Bateman, “The Baster” is a comedy centering around “a fella (Jason) who learns that his best pal (Jen) is planning to have a baby through artificial insemination. So he does what any normal person would do… he replaces her donor’s semen with his own so that he’s secretly the real father!”

Not only will Miss Aniston be starring the new movie, which begins filming this spring, but she’s also signed on as the movie’s producer.

Fresh off of the first crossover episode of their hits show, Kate Walsh and Katherine Heigl were both spotted out at Katsu-Ya.

The Addison Montgomery actress, who recently separated from her husband, enjoyed the company of a gal pal as she made her way inside the popular Japanese eatery.

Meanwhile, “Grey’s Anatomy” gal Katherine Heigl was accompanied by her hubby Josh Kelley, as the two shared a romantic moment ahead of the night’s meal.

Following dinner, Katherine and Josh then headed off for a few drinks at Hollywood’s S-Bar before calling it a night.

Ready to make their love official, Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are engaged to be married!

With reps confirming the special announcement, the 29-year-old “Stardust” actress and her 33-year-old beau of more than a year are happily eying wedded bliss.

Dancy recently spoke about what he looks for in a perfect girl (something Claire obviously has), saying, “Someone who’s intelligent, somebody who makes me laugh. I know people always say a good sense of humor but they’re usually lying. Somebody who kind of has an independent life and ambition.”

At this point, the pair have not made mention of a possible wedding date.

Looking stylish in NYC, Whitney Port was spotted out warming up with a cup of coffee in the West Village.

Meanwhile, Whitney, 23, recently spoke with OK! magazine, telling that she plans on staying out in the Big Apple as long as her employer sees fit.

“It’s something where I learn something new everyday,” she said of her job in Diane Von Furstenburg’s publicity department.

“I’m totally passionate about it. I’ve learned so much working for Diane Von Furstenberg. It’s so amazing to be working at a company like that. So I hope that I can work there as long as they’ll allow me,” Whitney adds.

According to a Star magazine report, “The Oscars for techies, which takes place this Saturday in Beverly Hills, won’t be televised. However, clips from the ceremony will be shown during the Academy Awards on Feb. 22.”

Making her way to Florida for the non-stop Super Bowl festivities, Hayden Panettiere played host at NBC Universal’s pre-Super Bowl party in Orlando.

Following the bird scare tactic, Panettiere is quoted as saying: “What are you doing? How would you like someone to blow that thing inside your house?”

After the blow-up, sources allege that the show’s director opted to “move the scene to a new location in the aftermath of the incident.”

Tossing a newsboy cap on her growing baby boy, Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman took their son Max Liron along for a trip to Fred Segal in West Hollywood.

While the day turned to night as the happy family shopped away, Christina finally emerged with Max in her arms while Jordan followed behind, toting his “Genie In a Bottle” singing wife’s purse and purchases.

In related news, it sounds as if Christina and Jordan’s recently purchased Beverly Hills pad might have a few surprises in store for visitors, as Miss Aguilera is said to be letting Jordan have a say in the decorations.

Insiders tell that the record label exec was checking out shock artist Cleon Peterson’s latest show - and it’s rumored that Bratman has his sights set on works “showing images of rape, mugging and brutality, to furnish the house they bought from The Osbournes.”

“It was clear he was there to check out Peterson’s The Occupation exhibition, which opened last week,” an insider told press. “The artist’s pieces look colorful and interesting from a distance, and closer inspection shows scenes of street violence. It’s quite disturbing. He left the gallery without buying anything, but you could tell he was very interested. Maybe Christina will have to OK his strange choice in art before he buys.”

Adding a little star power to The Giving Back Fund’s VIP “Big Game - Big Give” charity event, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were out in South Tampa.

The “Ghost” actress and her “Punk’d” hunk helped promote the $1,000 per ticket event, which funneled profits to the Giving Back Fund, an agency helping athletes and entertainers kickstart their own charities.

“Its important when you are building out a charity, to have that infrastructure and have the money go to where you want to go,” Kutcher told press.

Continuing to sing praise for the Giving Back Fund, Ashton adds, “I think anything that is going to encourage people to help other people to give and be of service is only going to expedientially make our world a better place.”

Enjoying a retail romp, Jessica Alba was spotted on her way out of a wedding dress store in Silver Lake along with her sister.

The “Fantastic Four” babe reportedly spent more than three hours inside the store, looking a bit worn out as she made her exit in a grey t-shirt layered overtop a white shirt, with black stretch pants and black flats.
